Sparkle Calm Kids is designed to equip children with essential mindfulness skills that help them feel more calm, confident, and in control of their emotions.

Through fun, interactive sessions, your child will develop lifelong tools for self-awareness, emotional resilience, and focus.

Your Child Will Learn

Breathing exercises to manage big emotions 

Mindful movement and relaxation techniques 

How to improve focus and attention 

Strategies for reducing stress and anxiety 

Building confidence and emotional resilience 

Gratitude and kindness to foster a positive mindset
