Meditation
The popularity of meditation is increasing as more people discover its benefits and it is something everyone can do to improve their mental and emotional health and general state of wellbeing. It is highly effective in helping you to move through your day with more ease, focus and clarity.
Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts, helping the “monkey mind chatter” and having you more in control of your thoughts rather than having them control you, conditioning to master stillness in amongst the chaos.
It doesn’t have to be practiced for long periods of time – of course the longer you practice the more benefits will be felt – but even shorter periods of practice will reward you with plenty of benefits.
By turning off our stress response we are able to experience blissful feelings of relaxation, our blood circulation can increase as the tightness in our muscles and vessels melt away, more oxygen can flow to various areas of the body and more energy can be freed up to put to better use!

Meditation Classes
Classes run for approximately 30-45 minutes. The class is an intimate and relaxed group setting which allows each member to indulge on their own internal journey. Meditation sessions are guided and allow you, as a beginner or seasoned individual, to completely benefit from the class.
